From the 12th to the 16th of December the 1st ESO classes participated in “English Week” put on by an organization called home to home. The purpose of the week was to allow the students to practise their English, as well as increase their knowledge of the UK through comprehension exercises, fun activities, and games.

Each day of English week was broken down into varying types of activities to allow for a well-rounded and balanced day of English learning. In the morning, they worked in their dossiers on English comprehension, and the more technical side of learning English. Then in the afternoon they participated in various creative exercises, as well as fun activities, such as teambuilding, sports, and karaoke.

All the students’ hard work culminated with a final group presentation where they summarized all that they learned. It was an enriching experience for the students.
